Dedicated to the amazing Beryl Burton, this chain ring, embossed keyring is the perfect gift for any cyclist.
In preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games, we've created this cycling themed keyring to celebrate 40 years since women's cycling became an Olympic sport, with a nod to Beryl 'the legend' who never got an Olympic medal because it was 20 odd years before her peak.
Born in Leeds, Beryl competed in road and track, accumulating seven World titles, 90 domestic championships and set a world record for the 12-hour time trial, exceeding the men's record for two years!
Working for most of her life on a rhubarb farm, her also daughter went on to become a national and international cyclist. Sadly Beryl died at the age of 58 whilst deliveing her 59th Birthday invitations.
Pop a bit of Beryl power in your pocket!
